5. Equipment Appearance: The equipment body is made of aluminum extrusions, and the outer shell is made of 2.0mm cold plate, treated with high-temperature electrostatic spraying to prevent internal corrosion and rust.
6. Equipment Structure: It consists of a left power transmission line, a right cooling power transmission line, a front universal sliding platform, and a rear universal sliding platform.
7. The left power transmission line utilizes a stainless steel chain perforated plate conveyor belt, with pins welded with washers at both ends, and a 6-point double-pitch large ball chain. The main body is made of 40*40 and 40*80 aluminum extrusions, and the drive motor uses a 0.75kW SEW reduction motor.
8. Front and rear outward sliding platforms: The main body is made of 40*40 and 40*80 aluminum extrusions, and the platforms are equipped with universal bull's eye bearings.
