The equipment uses gas heating coils and hot air circulation. It adopts a full-circulation ventilation method. Large-volume centrifugal high-temperature fans are installed on both sides of the equipment to circulate hot air. Air is discharged through the air outlet plates on both sides of the furnace, and air is returned on the right side, ensuring good temperature uniformity during the entire heating process.

3. Each product weighs 91 kg before entering the oven and 49 kg after baking, with a water removal capacity of 42 kg per product. Each oven can accommodate 16 products. The oven has 8 racks, each rack can hold two products stacked on top of each other. Rack dimensions are 800 x 800 x 1750 mm.
4. Baking efficiency is no less than that of existing equipment.
5. Inner Dimensions: W1900*D3400*H2000mm (effective internal space dimensions).
