9. Airflow: Horizontal 10. Protection Devices: Over-temperature protection: An over-temperature sensor is installed inside the explosion-proof heating element. When the temperature exceeds the set value, the power to the heating element is automatically cut off to prevent accidents.
11. Concentration Alarm: A VOC concentration detector is installed inside the oven, and the detection value is set to be lower than the national VOC standard. When the concentration is too high, the heating power is first cut off, then the inlet and exhaust valves are fully opened, and the air supply and exhaust motors are operated at full speed to expel the gas inside the oven and replenish fresh air in a timely manner.
12. Flame Alarm: Three probes detect light (visible light and ultraviolet light) emitted by flames burning inside the oven. When two of the probes detect light, the fire alarm system is activated. The fire extinguisher valve is manually activated, and fire extinguishing material is sprayed from the nozzles on the top of the oven to extinguish the flames promptly. 13. Control mode: divided into (stator/rotor pre-baking mode) and (stator/rotor baking mode). An independent smoke extraction system is installed above the oven door, using a 2.2KW centrifugal fan and an air collecting device. When the door is opened, the exhaust fan above is immediately turned on to quickly exhaust the smoke and hot air at the door to the outside.
