Clean Process Benchtop Oven Series
This clean process benchtop oven series features stainless steel interiors and exteriors, durable construction, programmable process controls, and a variety of customizable options to suit specific production requirements.
For production environments where minimal contamination is critical, these benchtop ovens provide the highest standards of HEPA filtration. The recirculated airflow is 100% HEPA filtered to maintain ISO Class 5 (Class 100) or better cleanliness within the oven chamber. Non-HEPA filter options are also available.
Typical applications include die-bond curing and other semiconductor packaging processes, as well as depyrogenation, sterilizing, and drying in life sciences. The ovens operate on 220-240 volts, single phase, 50-60 Hz power. Their stackable design saves valuable floor space and maximizes ergonomic efficiency for operators. The recirculation motor is mounted at the rear for easy access, allowing up to three units to be stacked while keeping loading heights ergonomic.
Two atmosphere configurations are offered:
Air Atmosphere: Equipped with a forced exhaust fan for rapid cooling.
Inert Atmosphere: Allows injection of nitrogen or other inert gases to reduce oxygen levels and prevent oxidation. Water cooling coils enable rapid cooling. Nitrogen flow and water cooling are programmable through an advanced microprocessor controller.
Larger sizes are available to meet the demands of production-scale and large R&D projects.
Advanced control features include a microprocessor-based temperature and high-limit controller with a large LCD display and real-time clock supporting auto-start. The display shows temperature readings and detailed oven status. Operating modes include manual, timer, and profile modes for flexible control. Data logging enables reporting and analysis, with data export via USB. Modbus RS485 communication is supported for easy remote data access.
Remote operation, programming, and data logging are facilitated by network utility software, allowing centralized control of multiple ovens from a single PC via RS485 communication.
