As a muture product, NMT batch ovens are widely used in different industries and different process. In this case, the oven will provide controlled heat and airflow to ensure proper curing of the glue. It consists of an insulated chamber with heating elements and fans for circulating hot air. The temperature and airflow can be adjusted based on the specific requirements of the glue being used.
Outer shell is made from cold plate, with painting for anti-corrosion. Inner chamber is made Stainless Steel, as well as airway. Customized air way which could be 3-direction recirculation or horizontal air flow.
Besides, according to the production requirement, the oven could be customized for different purpose and with different function, such as for clean room, also for medical industry, as well as with the function of anti-explosion.
